So… what should you consider when picking the right glass company, contractors or home builder to partner with ?
Reputation: Do your homework. Ask for references and take the time to talk to previous clients to hear about their experience. If you can, check out the work in person, it definitely helps when you can see their past work for yourself. Lastly, see if there is a chance to see work that is more than a few years old. How is it holding up?
Team: Do they have an adequate team in place to handle your project the way it needs to be treated?
Cost: What are the costs? How do they charge for their services? You should be seeking out partners with transparent pricing structures.
Warranty: What is warranty? How long is the warranty?

Design: What does the design process involve? Is design extra ? How much will the design cost and what is included in the design?
Personality: Remember you will be working with these people for months. Some of the high-end custom builds we are involved with last for more than 18 months.
Trust: Do you truly have 100% trust in the companies you are choosing for your project? Are you certain they be honest and take care of you throughout the entire process? Be up front and ask how will they manage your budget, change orders and selections?
